摘要
分析了某大型专业商场的建筑特征、火灾特点及火灾危害性,并基于性能化防火设计的理念,针对其防火设计中存在的室内步行街设置安全性、安全疏散、中庭排烟系统设计有效性等问题,对其室内步行街水平和竖向防火分隔方式进行分析,提出了合理设置"亚安全区"及采用中庭采光顶自然排烟的设计方法。
The building features, fire characteristics, and fire hazard of a large professional mall were analyzed. Based on the performance based fire design idea, and against the problems of indoor pedestrian street safety, safety evacuation, atrium smoke exhausting system effectiveness, the horizontal and vertical fire compartmentation of indoor pedestrian street was analyzed, and suggestions of setting reasonable quasi safety zone and using atrium roof for natural smoke exhausting were made.
