摘要
针对高空救援消防车作业平台自动调平系统的控制要求,提出了基于西门子S7-300可编程控制器和PROBFIBUS总线的作业平台自动调平的电气控制系统,讨论了系统的硬件选型与组态、作业平台自动调平程序的设计和仿真模型的搭建与测试。主要运用PROBFIBUS总线技术和PID控制方法实现作业平台的自动调平以及超载报警等功能,实现了电控系统的优化控制和优化运行,具有较好的应用前景。
Aiming at control requirements of the high altitude rescue fire engine's work platform auto leveling system, an electrical control system was developed based on Siemens S7- 300 PLC and PROBFIBUS in this paper. Hardware selection, configuration, design of the work platform auto leveling program, establishment of the simulation model and its test were discussed. Functions like the PROBFIBUS bus technology, PID control method which could realize work platform auto leveling and overload alarm were used, and the optimal control and optimal operation of electric control system were realized. And this system was proved to have high application prospect.
