摘要
在研究国内外耐火电缆试验标准和检测装置的最新进展基础上,结合计算机工控测量技术,设计了一套基于485总线的电缆耐火特性试验装置。该装置在上位机软件的集中控制下,自动完成电缆耐火特性试验流程,并给出耐火电缆的耐火等级评定。该装置具有较高的自动化程度,实际运行效果良好,满足了耐火电缆生产环节的质量检测需求。
Accord to the different of fire-resistance cable quality, Design a set of cable fire resistance characteristic test device based RS-485 bus. The device complete cable fire resistance test process automatically by PC software. The fire resistance level of the cable is given by the device. This device has high degree of automation, and practical operation effect of the device is good. The device meet the demand of the quality of the fire-resisting cable production testing, and has strong practical value.
