摘要 为研究双氧水发泡对菱镁保温板抗压及防火性能的影响,利用抗压强度、密度、燃烧热值、不燃性试验等技术对制品进行分析。结果表明:双氧水溶液含量一定时,制品的强度会随着养护时间递增;菱镁保温板的密度和抗压强度随双氧水含量的增加而降低;养护28d的菱镁保温板,密度从1.304g/cm3减到0.394g/cm3时其抗压强度从1.531 4MPa降低到1.056 0 MPa;菱镁保温板的燃烧热值在-1.5 MJ/Kg上下浮动,不燃性试验的质量损失为45%左右,这两者都不会随双氧水含量的变化而发生较大的改变,其防火性能达到A级。 In order to study effect of the hydrogen peroxide on compressive strength and fire resistance of magnesite insulation board, the products were characterized by compressive strength, density, heat of combustion and noncombustible experiment. The results showed that the compressive strength of products with the same hydrogen peroxide Solution concentration increased as time goes on. The density and compressive strength of products decreased obviously with the increase of the content of hydrogen peroxide solution. After 28 days' maintenance, the density of samples decreased from 1. 304 g/cm^3 to 0. 394 g/cm^3 and compressive strength with the same trend from 1. 531 4 MPa to 1. 056 0 MPa. Combustion heat value of magnesium insulation board was around ± 1.5 MJ/kg, and the mass loss in the noncombustible experiment was about 45%. Variations of both above-mentioned factors were small with the different contents of hydrogen peroxide. Fireproof performance reached A level.
