摘要
通过对事故池液面火灾发生的条件进行分析,利用直径平方直线规律公式与克劳修斯-克拉贝龙方程建立液面火灾数学模型,解出液面蒸发的时间和液面火灾发生的最小可燃气体浓度。采用软件workbench-CFD对事故池原油的流动特性进行数值模拟。针对典型工况分析数值模拟结果,据此提出优化建议,为事故池正常运行提供依据。通过建立实际事故池模型,结合CFD分析的数据模拟试验,验证事故池分段设计及弯管的合理性与正确性。
Based on the analysis of condition of liquid surface fire in accident pool, by diameter square linear formula and Clausius-Clapeyron equation, the mathematical model was established, the time of evaporation of liquid surface and the minimum concentration of combustible gas for liquid surface fire were calculated. Flow characteristic of crude oil in the accident pool was simulated by workbench-CFl). Optimization suggestions were put forward based on the analysis of simulation resuits for typical scenarios, to provide the basis of normal operation of accident pool. The actual model of accident pool was built, combine with the data of CFD analysis, experiment was carried out to verify the rationality and validity of sectional design of accident pool and bent pipe.
