残疾人作为弱势群体,其就业问题是一个社会难题。互联网的快速发展为残疾人创业和就业提供了一个契机,越来越多的残疾人通过网络创业实现了就业。绥化市残疾人网络创业面临诸多问题,针对这些问题,政府应该积极为残疾人创建良好的网络创业环境,加大残疾人网上创业资金投入并加强残疾人网络创业培训,以促进绥化市残疾人网络创业的发展。
