The Role of Labor Union in the Establishment of Harmonious Labor Relations

通过对我国工会职能的考察,并借鉴国外经济发达国家工会制度方面的经验,分析我国工会制度的缺陷,结合具体国情,提出了完善我国工会制度,构建和谐劳动关系的建议。

Based on the foreign trade unions in system of trade unions hor relations to perfect investigation of the function of labor unions in China, and the practice of developed countries, the author of this paper analyzes the defects of the in China, and puts forward some suggestions for building harmonious laour union system.
