Measures of quality assurance in key point of construction of tunnel concrete

结合隧洞混凝土衬砌施工实际,研究各工序施工的特点和难点,从钢筋制安、模板支设和混凝土浇筑施工中总结和提炼出质量控制关键点和质量保证措施。在执行相关技术标准和规范要求的同时,根据质量监督工作的经验,提出了一些加强质量管理的见解。

In this paper, combined with the reality of tunnel concrete lining construction, the characteristics and difficulties in construction of each working proeedure were analyzed. Based on the work of steel fabrication and installation, and concrete pouring construction, the quality control key points and quality assurance measures were summarized. On the basis of implementation of relevant technical standards and specifications requirements, and considering the experience of quality supervision, some views were put forward for strength- ening quality management.
