中医传承辅助平台应用评述

Advances in researches made via traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system

利用当代信息技术加强中医临床信息管理、数据深度挖掘,是实现名老中医经验传承的重要途径。中医传承辅助平台软件围绕着中医药继承、发展、传播和创新4个核心问题,采用人工智能、数据挖掘、网络科学等学科的方法和技术,结合名老中医自身特点的自助式应用软件。文章简要介绍了中医传承辅助平台的研发背景、设计和功能,对该软件在当代名老中医经验总结、文献医案的整理分析、疾病用药规律分析、中药应用规律总结、新药研发和处方筛选等领域的应用加以了评述,指出该软件具有广阔的应用前景和实用价值,是名老中医学术思想和临床经验传承的重要工具。

To strengthen clinical data management of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and to deep utilize the data based on the modern technology, is an important way for the experience inheritance of renowned TCM doctors. Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system（TCMISS） is a software, focusing on four key issues, inheritance, development, broadcast and innovation of TCM. It applies technology and methods such as artificial intelligence, data mining and cyber science, etc., and combines the medicine application characters of renowned TCM doctors as well. The article mainly introduce development and research background, design, functions of TCMISS and its main application fields. TCMISS had been applied in many areas from famous TCM doctor＇s experience summary, medical cases processing from literature, relevance analysis between diseases and medicines, medicine application rules summary, to new drug design and candidate drugs scanning etc., which made it a practical and reliable tool in processing TCM data both from clinical applications and literature. Therefore, TCMISS could be applied as an important tool in the academic thoughts and clinical experience inheritance of renowned TCM doctors and deserved further promotion.
