雷公藤多甙致类风湿性关节炎炎症大鼠药源性卵巢耗损模型建立与评价 被引量:3

Establishment and evaluation of the RA rats' model of tripterygium glycosides on drug-induced ovarian loss

摘要 目的:建立和评价雷公藤多甙致类风湿性关节炎(RA)炎症大鼠药源性卵巢耗损模型。方法:选择雌性SPF级SD大鼠,观察组先用弗氏完全佐剂注射法建RA炎症大鼠模型,再用灌胃法建二剂量(50、75mg)雷公藤多甙致药源性卵巢耗损大鼠模型,RA对照组先用弗氏完全佐剂注射法建RA炎症模型,再用0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃,空白对照组用0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃,评价不同累积剂量雷公藤多甙对大鼠卵巢储备功能的影响。结果:两种剂量雷公藤多甙均可造成RA大鼠卵巢结构和功能实质损伤,卵巢耗损程度与雷公藤累积剂量呈正相关。结论:雷公藤多甙致RA炎症大鼠卵巢耗损建模成功,该类模型适合用于妇科临床基础研究。 Objective: To establish evaluate the RA(rheumatoid arthritis) rats' model of tripterygium glycosides on drug-induced ovarian loss. Methods: female SPF SD rats, the observation group first injection with Freund's complete adjuvant rat model built RA inflammation, and then build two gavage doses(50mg, 75mg) RA rats' model of triptergium glycosides on drug-induced ovarian loss, RA control group first with Freund's complete adjuvant injection RA inflammation model was built, and then saline, administered with saline control group, evaluate the impact of different cumulative dose tripterygium glycosides rat ovarian reserve. Results: Both doses tripterygium glycosides can cause ovarian parenchymal damage in RA rats, whether in structure or function. Positively correlated with the degree of depletion of ovarian tripterygium glycosides cumulative dose was. Conclusion: Tripterygium glycosides in RA rat ovarian loss model, the model is suitable for clinical basis research of gynecology.
