摘要
目的:探讨Cy PA在扶正增效方对肺腺癌放射增敏中发挥的作用和地位。方法:建立裸鼠人肺腺癌移植瘤模型,当瘤体积达1cm3左右时,一次性给予放射组、中药+放射组瘤体10Gy剂量照射,观察抑瘤率,通过Western blot和Real-time PCR检测Cy PA表达。结果:Cy PA在中药对肺腺癌放射增敏中的蛋白和m RNA表达检测发现,与对照组比较各组表达均有所下降,尤其放射24h后中药加放射组表达显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:Cy PA在中药对肺腺癌放射增敏中发挥着重要作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Cy PA on increasing radiotherapy sensitizing of lung adenocarcinoma with Fuzheng Zengxiao Formula. Methods: Nude mice bearing with human lung adenocarinoma cell line model were established. When the tumor volume was 1cm3, the mice in radiotherapy group, radiotherapy plus Fuzheng Zengxiao Formula group received irradiation with a dose of 10 GY all at once, and tumor inhibition rate was also observed. Western blot and Real-time PCR were used to test the expression of Cy PA. Results: Compared with the control group, the protein and m RNA expression of Cy PA in mice of the other groups were all decreased, especially in the mice after 24 hours of radiation in radiotherapy plus Fuzheng Zengxiao formula group, and the differences are statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion: Cy PA played an important role in increasing radiotherapy sensitivity of lung adenocarcinoma with Fuzheng Zengxiao Formula.
