摘要
目的:研究分清肾茶片对慢性前列腺炎的治疗作用及其作用机制。方法:采用大肠杆菌直接注射的方法制备大鼠慢性前列腺炎模型,以大鼠前列腺组织的病理形态、白细胞数量、卵磷脂小体密度、前列腺组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的表达为检测指标,观察分清肾茶片对模型大鼠的作用和影响。结果:分清肾茶片能明显改善细菌刺激所诱发大鼠前列腺病理形态的变化,显著减少大鼠前列腺组织中的白细胞数量,明显提高卵磷脂小体密度,显著降低大鼠前列腺组织中TNF-α和IFN-γ的阳性表达。结论:分清肾茶片对细菌刺激引起的大鼠慢性前列腺炎有明显的治疗作用,其机制可能与分清肾茶片降低前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ含量,减轻TNF-α、IFN-γ介导的多种炎性因子激活效应,从而抑制炎性反应有关。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fenqing Shencha Tablets on chronic prostatitis in rats and the possible mechanisms of anti-inflammatory. Methods: The chronic prostatitis model was established by injecting escherichia coli into the prostate of rats. The pathological morphology, blood cells, the density of lecithin corpuscle in prostate tissue, the expression of TNF-α and IFN-γ were detected as indexes. And the effect and influence of Fenqing Shencha Tablets in prostatitis were observed. Results: Fenqing Shencha Tablets had significant effects on improving the prostate pathological changes, decreasing the number of white blood cells, increasing the density of lecithin corpuscle and reducing the expression of TNF-αand IFN-γ in prostate tissue. Conclusion: Fenqing Shencha Tablets have a significant therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis in rats caused by bacterium. The possible mechanism of Fenqing Shencha Tablets may be related to reducing the content of TNF-αand IFN-γ, which relieves the activation effect of inflammatory mediator to suppress inflammation.
