文章探讨张文高教授运用益气温阳活血法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床经验。通过对益气温阳活血方的治疗原则、辨证思路及药物组成的分析,明确其治疗冠心病心绞痛的中医机制,并通过临床验案明确其治疗思路与方法。采用益气温阳活血方加减治疗冠心病心绞痛可取得良好的临床疗效。

This article explore the clinical experience of professor ZHANG Wen-gao in the treatment of angina cordis of coronary heart disease with the formula of invigorating qi, warming yang and promoting blood circulation. Based on analysis the treatment principle, thought of differentiation syndrome and medicine composition, it explained the TCM mechanism of angina cordis of coronary heart disease treated by the formula of invigorating qi, warming yang and promoting blood circulation, which was proved with clinical cases. There was a remarkable effect on angina cordis of coronary heart disease treated by the formula of invigorating qi, warming yang and promoting blood circulation. Professor ZHANG Wen-gao could treat angina cordis of coronary heart disease with the formula of invigorating qi, warming yang and promoting blood circulation, which acquired a remarkable clinical effect.
