浅谈周围性面瘫标本兼顾的治疗体会

Discussion on the simultaneous treatment method of superficiality and origin in treating peripheral facial paralysis

笔者根据治疗周围性面瘫的多年临床实践,提出及早治疗,扶正为先,针药并用,标本兼治的原则。具体阐述了扶正治本使气血上荣,以助祛邪的选穴和手法;以及针对外邪入经络,经气阻滞治标的分期选穴、浅刺、透刺、进针方向,合理选用辅助治疗等观点,对提高临床疗效,防治后遗症、并发症具有重要意义。

Through years of clinical practice for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis（PFP）, the treatment principles are presented. It is to strengthen the body resistance and to combine acupuncture with Chinese medicine. Specific points and manipulation are used to support healthy energy and eliminate evil. Auxiliary treatment method to the cure of the PFS is used. It helps to improve clinical effect and prevent the sequelae of PFP.
