摘要
中药配伍禁忌是中药配伍理论的重要组成内容之一,古人总结中药配伍禁忌的主要内容有"十八反"和"十九畏",但现代文献资料、临床观察或实验研究,均无一致结论,以致给临床用药带来很多困扰。深入揭示中药配伍禁忌的科学本质,建立符合现代认知的中药配伍禁忌研究思路与方法,成为亟待解决的问题。中药药物代谢动力学研究的不断完善和发展将为中药配伍禁忌的研究提供新的思路与方法。
Chinese medicine incompatibility is an important aspect in Chinese medicine compatibility theory. The main contents of Chinese medicine compatibility are ‘eighteen imcompatible pairs＇ and ‘nineteen medicaments of mutual antagonism＇. But the reports of experimental research and clinical observation are different, which has caused a lot of confusion for clinical medication. It is important to reveal the essence of Chinese medicine and establish thoughts and methods, according to the development direction of modern science. The development of Chinese medicine pharmacokinetics will provide new thoughts and methods for Chinese medicine incompatibility research.
