针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效评价

Study on the clinical therapeutic evaluation of acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:运用国际认同指标作为衡量依据,客观评价针灸治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组法将60例DPN患者分为针灸组30例(针灸疗法)和对照组30例(安慰治疗),疗程为2周。观察两组症状、SF-36生活质量量表(BP)评分及神经肌电图检查的变化情况,综合评价两组临床疗效。结果:针灸组在改善症状、SF-36生活质量量表(BP)评分方面疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),在神经肌电图神经传导速度方面疗效明显(P<0.05)。结论:针灸是改善DPN患者临床症状和体征的有效治疗手段,且操作简便,临床值得推广。

Objective： Evaluate the clinical effects of acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with standardized measures of internationally recognized indicators. Methods： Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into a treatment group（30 cases） that was given acupuncture therapy and a control group（30 cases） that was given placebo therapy. The treatment course was 2 weeks. Symptoms scores, SF-36 QOL（BP） scores and the electromyography were observed to comprehensively evaluate clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： The symptoms scores and SF-36 QOL（BP） scores in the treatment group had significant curative effect（P〈0.01）, as well the nerve conduction velocity of electromyography（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The acupuncture could improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, which was easy to manipulate and was worth of being promoted.
