HPLC法测定明目地黄片中的莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚含量

Determination of Four Effective Constituents in Mingmu Dihuang Tables by HPLC

目的：采用HPLC测定明目地黄片中莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚的含量。方法：采用Diamond C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水-80%乙腈（24∶68∶8）,流速1.0 m L·min^-1,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长为236 nm。结果：莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚分别在0.046-0.736、0.062-0.992、0.063-1.008、0.0445-0.712μg范围内,进样量与峰面积具有良好线性关系（r=0.9997,r=0.9998,r=0.9997,r=0.9997）,平均回收率分别为96.92%（RSD=1.05%）、97.83%（RSD=1.18%）、96.49%（RSD=0.88%）、98.33%（RSD=0.85%）。结论：所用方法可靠、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。

Objective：A HPLC method was developed for the determination of Morroniside,Loganin,Paeoniflorin and Paeonol in the Mingmu Dihuang Tables. Methods：A Diamond C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-pure water-80% acetonitrile（24 ∶ 68 ∶ 8）at the flow-rate of 1 m L/min. The detection wavelength was 236 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results：The calibration curves of the four constituents were linear over the range of 0.046-0.736 μg,0.062-0.992 μg,0.063-1.008 μg and 0.0445-0.712 μg,respectively. The recoveries were 96.92%,96.67%,96.49% and 98.33% with RSD 1.05%,0.91%,0.88% and 0.85%（n=6）,respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Mingmu DihuangTables.
