摘要
目的:采用HPLC测定明目地黄片中莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚的含量。方法:采用Diamond C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-80%乙腈(24∶68∶8),流速1.0 m L·min^-1,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长为236 nm。结果:莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚分别在0.046-0.736、0.062-0.992、0.063-1.008、0.0445-0.712μg范围内,进样量与峰面积具有良好线性关系(r=0.9997,r=0.9998,r=0.9997,r=0.9997),平均回收率分别为96.92%(RSD=1.05%)、97.83%(RSD=1.18%)、96.49%(RSD=0.88%)、98.33%(RSD=0.85%)。结论:所用方法可靠、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective:A HPLC method was developed for the determination of Morroniside,Loganin,Paeoniflorin and Paeonol in the Mingmu Dihuang Tables. Methods:A Diamond C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-pure water-80% acetonitrile(24 ∶ 68 ∶ 8)at the flow-rate of 1 m L/min. The detection wavelength was 236 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results:The calibration curves of the four constituents were linear over the range of 0.046-0.736 μg,0.062-0.992 μg,0.063-1.008 μg and 0.0445-0.712 μg,respectively. The recoveries were 96.92%,96.67%,96.49% and 98.33% with RSD 1.05%,0.91%,0.88% and 0.85%(n=6),respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Mingmu DihuangTables.
