百合知母汤中总皂苷和总黄酮含量测定

Content Determination of Total Saponins and Total Flavonoids in Baihe Zhimu Decoction

目的:测定百合知母汤的水煎液中总皂苷和总黄酮含量。方法:利用紫外分光光度UV法对百合知母汤的总皂苷和总黄酮来测定。结果:菝葜皂苷元线性关系为y=0.024 5x+0.016,加样回收率为97.12%,RSD=2.81%。芒果苷线性关系为y=0.070 1x-0.118 8,加样回收率为98.56%,RSD=1.64%。结论:此方法准确、快速、简便,适合于百合知母汤中总皂苷和总黄酮含量的测定,可以作为该方剂的一种质量控制方法。

Objective：To measure the contents of total saponins and total flavonoids in Baihe ZhimuDecoction. Method：The UV method was used to determine the contents of total saponins and total flavonoids in Baihe Zhimu Decoction. Result：The Sarsasapogenin linear relation was y=0.024 5x＋0.016 and the recovery rate was 97.12%,RSD=2.81%. Mangiferin linear relation was y=0.070 1x-0.118 8 and the recovery rate was 98.56%,RSD=1.64%. Conclusion：This method is indeed rapid,simple and suitable for contents determination of total saponins and total flavonoids in Baihe Zhimu Decoction,which can be the quality control method.
