中医外治乳腺增生病用穴规律研究及分析

Research and Analysis on Regularity of Acu-Points in External Treatment of Mammary Hyperplasia

目的:对中医外治法治疗乳腺增生病78篇论文中处方进行分析,总结用穴规律。方法:将治疗乳腺增生病处方的穴位按穴位名称、所属经络、穴位频次录入Excel进行统计。结果与结论:治疗乳腺增生病用穴使用频次最多的前10个穴位中膻中穴位居榜首,其余依次是肝俞、足三里、乳根、屋翳、期门等。所用经络主要为足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经、任脉等。疏肝理气,调畅气机,活血化瘀,疏通乳络为外治法治疗乳腺增生的主要机理。

Objective：To analyze the external treatment of TCM prescription in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia and summarize the regularity of acupuncture points. Methods：The acupuncture points involved in the prescriptions for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands were input in excel software for statistical analysis according to the acupuncture points names,main and collateral meridians and frequency of use. Results Conclusion：Of the top 20 points used in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,Danzhong（RN17）was used with the highest frequency,which was followed by Ganshu（BL18）,Zusanli（ST36）,Rugen（ST18）,Wuyi（ST15）,Qimen（LR14）and so on. And the main and collateral channels mainly included Yangming Foot,Pangguang Foot and Ren meridians. Smoothing the liver-qi and normalizing the functional activities of qi,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and dredging the meridian of the breast are the main methods for the external treatment of TCM in mammary hyperplasia.
