微循环监测反馈法联合中药蒸气疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Microcirculation Monitoring Feedback Method Combined with Chinese Herbal Steaming Therapy in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察微循环监测反馈法联合中药蒸气疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予微循环监测反馈法联合中药蒸气疗法治疗,对照组给予牵引疗法治疗,均治疗2周,对比临床症状积分和总体疗效。结果:观察组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率73.3%,观察组疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:微循环监测反馈法联合中药蒸气疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of microcirculation monitoring feedback method combined with Chinese herbal steaming therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods：60 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given the microcirculation monitoring feedback method combined with traditional Chinese medicine vapor therapy and the control group was treated with traction therapy. Both were treated for 2 weeks and we compared the clinical symptom score and total curative effect. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0% and the control group＇s was 73.3%. The observation group was better than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion：The microcirculation monitoring feedback method combined with traditional Chinese medicine vapor therapy has obvious effect in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and is worthy of further study and promotion.
