挂线疗法联合中药坐浴治疗高位肛瘘临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of the Treatment with Thread Drawing Method Combine with the Chinese Medicine Hip Bath on the High-site Fistula

目的:观察挂线疗法联合中药坐浴治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选择100例高位肛瘘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,两组患者均采用挂线疗法手术治疗,治疗组术后采用本院制剂(透骨草、艾叶、荆芥、防风、花椒)坐浴,对照组采用高锰酸钾(1∶5000)坐浴治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果,包括术后创面疼痛、愈合时间、术后并发症等情况。结果:治疗组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过两组患者对术后创面疼痛、愈合时间、术后并发症等情况进行比较分析,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:挂线疗法联合中药坐浴治疗高位肛瘘显著减少术后伤口愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛,降低术后复发率,减少术后感染的风险。

Objective：Observe the clinical effect of the treatment with thread drawing method combine with the Chinese medicine hip bath on the high-site fistula. Methods：Chose 100 patients suffered from high-site fistula,randomly divided them into treatment group and control group,each group had 50 patients.Both the two groups were treated with the thread drawing method,after the operation we treated the treatment group with the with hip bath using the preparation（Consist of Tougucao,Aiye,Jingjie,Fangfeng,Huajiao）made by our hospital,and treated the control group with hip bath using the potassium permanganate（1∶5000）.Analyzed the postoperative wound pain,healing time,postoperative complications of the two groups. Result：The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group,the differences are statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Though analyzed the incision pain,healing time of the wound,and postoperative complications of the treatment group,the treatment group is much better than the control group,the differences are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment with thread drawing method combine with the Chinese medicine hip bath on the high-site fistula could significantly shorten the healing time,reduce the pain,reduce the postoperative recurrence rate and the risk of infection.
