调脂消斑合剂联合耳穴贴压治疗高脂血症临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Tiaozhi Xiaoban Mixture Combined with Auricular Point Sticking on Patients with Hyperlipemia

目的:观察调脂消斑合剂联合耳穴贴压对高脂血症临床疗效,并对临床应用的安全性作出初步评价。方法:将120例高脂血症患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组各40例,3组均予以常规药物治疗(冠心病患者给予扩冠、改善心肌供血、改善心功能、抗凝、抗血小板、抗炎、稳定斑块等治疗措施;高血压患者给予不同的药物降压治疗),治疗组加用调脂消斑合剂和耳穴贴压;对照1组加用耳穴贴压;对照2组加用血脂康胶囊。3组疗程均为60 d。疗程结束后观察血脂水平[包括胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、临床疗效及毒副反应。结果:3组患者TC、TG、LDL-L、HDL-C治疗后较治疗前有统计学差异(P<0.01);治疗组与对照1组及对照2组治疗后比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组总有效率92.1%,对照1组总有效率84.7%,对照2组总有效率81.4%;治疗组与两对照组的临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照1组与对照2组的临床疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组和对照组在临床试验期间均未出现不良反应及毒副作用。结论:调脂消斑合剂联合耳穴贴压对高脂血症有较好的疗效,且临床未见明显毒副作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects and safety of Tiaozhi Xiaoban Decoction combined with auricular point sticking on hyperlipidemia and to make a preliminary evaluation. Methods：120 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group,control 1 group and control 2 group with 40 cases in each. The 3 groups were given conventional drug treatment（patients with CHD were given treatments for improving myocardial blood supply,improving the new function,anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapy;hypertensive patients were given different anti-hypertensive drug treatments）. The treatment group used Tiaozhi Xiaoban Mixture and auricular point sticking therapy. The control 1 group added auricular point sticking therapy and the control 2 group added Xuezhikang Capsule. The 3 groups were treated for 60 days. Observations on blood lipid levels after treatment including cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）],clinical efficacy and toxicity were carried out. Result：3 groups＇ TC,TG,LDL-L and HDL-C after treatment had significant differences compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）. The treatment group and the control group 1 and control group 2 after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.1%. The control 1 group＇s total efficiency was 84.7% and that of the control 2 group was 81.4%. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group and two control groups had significant difference（P〈0.01）. The two control groups＇ clinical efficacy had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The treatment group and the control group during the clinical trial period had no adverse reactions or side effects. Conclusion：Tiaozhi Xiaoban Mixture combined with auricular point sticking therapy has a better therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia and there are no significant clinical side effects.
