温针配合穴位注射治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征疗效观察

Warm Needling with Point Injection in Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction Syndrome

目的:观察温针配合穴位注射治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征的临床疗效。方法:将122例颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征患者随机分为治疗组61例和对照组61例。治疗组采用温针配合穴位注射治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,两组在治疗3个疗程后由专人进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组临床治愈率为54.1%,总有效率为96.7%,对照组临床治愈率为26.2%,总有效率为85.2%,治疗组总有效率及临床治愈率均优于对照组;两组痊愈患者中疗程与疗效比较显示,治疗组在1个疗程、2个疗程及3个疗程结束后痊愈率均高于对照组,说明温针配合穴位注射能明显的缩短治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征的疗程。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针配合穴位注射治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling with acupuncture point injection in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome. Methods：122 cases of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n=61）. Results：The treatment group＇s clinical cure rate was 54.1% and the total effective rate was 96.7%. The control group＇s clinical cure rate was 26.2% and the total effective rate was 85.2%. Treatment group＇s total effective rate and the clinical cure rate were better than those of the control group. In the two groups,patients recovery effect and cure rate were higher than those of control group after three courses. Warm needling with point injection can obviously shorten period for the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome. The treatment group＇s curative effect was superior to the that of control group. Between the two groups,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Warm needling with point injection in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome has remarkable effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
