晚期先兆流产通常指孕12-28周发生流产征兆者,是妊娠期常见的并发症。临床表现为小腹痛、腰痛,或伴有阴道出血等,如不及时加以治疗或治疗方法不得当,可发展小产或早产,给患者身心及家庭均造成伤害。下面就晚期先兆流产的研究进展做一综述。

Late threatened abortion,a common syndrome during gestation period,usually refers to the abortion signs which often happen to those pregnant women of 12-28 weeks. Clinical manifestations are lower abdominal pain,backache,vaginal bleeding and so on. If not treated in time or used wrong treatment,it will develop miscarriage and premature birth. All those will bring great harm to both the patients and their family. We＇ll give a whole review of the progress about late threatened abortion study.
