理论与实践有机结合是护理专业教学灵魂——护生求职能力大赛体会

The Organic Combination of Theory and Practice is the Soul of Nursing Teaching——the Experience of Competition of Nursing Job Search Ability

目的:依据护理本科毕业生的就业现状及其影响因素,着力提升学生的理论与实践能力,扩展学生就业渠道,进一步探讨出在护理专业教学中理论与实践有机结合的重要性。方法:在护理学院连续两年,在护理本科实习学生中开展护理求职能力大赛,并跟踪调查学生理论学习成绩与就业后临床实践能力,进行总结与分析。结果:经过求职能力大赛的历练,使得参赛的学生理论知识掌握情况、临床实践行动能力、求职成功率、实习就业满意率及用人单位满意率均得到极大的提升。结论:在护理本科实习学生中积极开展求职能力大赛是十分必要的,比赛为学生提供了全方位、多角度的求职能力锻炼平台,有针对性地促进了学生专业技能和综合素质的提升,大大提高了学生求职成功率和就业满意率,更加彰显出在护理教育中理论与实践相互结合的重要性。

Objective：Based on current employment situations and influence factors of nursing undergraduates,to improve students＇ ability of job hunting,to expand students＇ employment channels. Then we discussed the importance of nursing teaching＇s combining of theory and practice. Methods：For two years in a row,nursing undergraduate student interns carried out competition of nursing job search ability in nursing department. Students employment and incumbency condition were under follow-up survey,then the results were summarized and analyzed. Results：Through competition of nursing job search ability,the ability of mastering theoretical knowledge,clinical practice ability,job search success rate,practice and employment satisfaction rate,employer satisfaction rate of participating students all promoted greatly.Conclusion：To actively carry out nursing undergraduate interns＇ competition of nursing job search ability is necessary. The competition provided comprehensive and multi-angle practice platforms. Professional skills and comprehensive qualities of students were promoted,then job search success rate and employment satisfaction rate were greatly improved,which also reflected the importance of the combination of theory with practice in nursing education.
