中国共产党依法治国的历史经验

The CPC's Historical Experiences in Rule of Law

中国共产党早在根据地时期就在探索如何通过法律管理国家了。本文从六个方面总结了中国共产党依法治国的历史经验,即明确依法治国的战略定位、正确处理法治与人治的关系、处理好加强党的领导与维护法律权威的关系、处理好改革与法治的关系、建设法治文化、坚持从严治党。

The CPC had explored in how to govern the country according to law as early as when struggling in the revolutionary bases. This paper,from six aspects,summarizes the CPC’s historical experiences in rule of law as follows： explicitly defining the strategic position of rule of law,correctly dealing with the relationship between rule of law and rule of man,the relationship between strengthening the Party’s leadership and maintaining the authority of law,and the relationship between reform and rule of law,building the rule of law culture,and persisting in governing the Party strictly.
