经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术消毒隔离的前馈控制

Feedforward control of disinfection and isolation for the procedure of trans-radial coronary angiography

目的探讨经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术(TRA)消毒隔离前馈控制的效果。方法对308例TRA患者(对照组)采取一般的消毒隔离措施,对312例患者(观察组)实施前馈控制管理,通过成立风险质控小组,运用"头脑风暴法"开展消毒隔离安全讨论,确立心血管介入室消毒隔离的高危因素,对高危因素实施前馈控制措施。比较两组术后穿剌处伤口感染发生率。结果对照组发生穿剌处伤口感染20例(6.5%),观察发生8例(2.6%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对TRA的消毒隔离实施前馈控制,能有效降低穿剌处伤口感染率,是手术安全的保障。

Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of feedforward control for trans-radial coronary angiography（TRCA）.Methods A total of 620 TRCA patients were randomly divided into a control group of 308,who were given routine disinfection and isolation control,and an experimental group of 312 patients,who were managed with feedforward control which included setting up a risk and quality control group,discussing safety related issues of disinfection and isolation using brain storming,finding out highrisk factors in the cardiovascular interventional room and adopting feedforward measures against those factors.The wound infection rates of the two groups were compared.Results In the control group 20（6.5%）developed wound infections,versus 8（2.6%）in the experimental group,with the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Feedforward control of disinfection and isolation for TRCA can effectively reduce the wound infection rate and guarantee the safety of operations.
