ICF通用组合在综合医院康复护理中的应用 被引量：11

摘要 目的分析《国际功能、残疾与健康分类》(ICF)通用组合在综合性三级医院康复病房护理工作中的可行性和易用性。方法引进ICF通用组合7项对三级综合医院康复医学科住院患者50例,在出入院时评估,根据首次评估结果制定针对性的护理干预措施,督促各责任组落实,于出院前再次评估。结果 50例患者入院3个ICF类目(能量和驱力系统、执行日常事务、到处移动)的分值显著下降(均P<0.05)。结论ICF通用组合易于康复专科护理人员理解和掌握,帮助护理人员制定针对性的康复护理措施,促进患者康复。
