摘要
目的:优选关黄柏炭的炮制工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀为指标,选择炒制温度、炒制时间为考察因素并结合饮片炒炭后的外观性状要求,采用正交试验优选关黄柏炭的最佳炮制工艺。结果:关黄柏炭的炮制工艺为每100g关黄柏在240℃条件下炒4min。结论:优化的关黄柏炭炮制工艺稳定、可行。
Objective : To optimize the processing technology of phellodendron amurense rupr carbonisatus. Methods : The content of palmatine chloride and berberine hydrochloride was regarded as evaluated index, the heating temperature and heating time as ex- amine factors, associate with appearance to optimize the best processing technology of the phellodendron arnurense rupr carbonisatus by orthogonal experiment design. Results:The best processing technology of the phellodendron amurense rupr carbonisatus is fry- ing for 4minutes at 240℃ per 100g. Conclusion:The optimized processing technology is stable and feasible.
