摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定健脑补肾丸中甘草酸的含量。方法：使用Ultimate XB-C18柱,以甲醇∶0.2mol/L乙酸铵溶液︰冰乙酸（63∶37∶2）为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果：甘草酸在0.015~0.45mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.94%。结论：本方法准确、快速、简便、重现性好,可以有效用于健脑补肾丸制剂的质量控制。
Objective： An HPLC method was established for the determination of glycyrrhizinic acid in Jiannao Bushen Wan. Methods：An Ultimate XB C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol ： 0.2mol/L ammonium acetate solution：glacial acetic acid（63 ： 37 ： 2） at the detection wavelength of 250nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0. 015- 0.45mg/mL. Results： The average recoveries was 98.1%, with RSD of 0.94 %. Conclusion：The method is accurate, rapid, sim- ple and reproducible, can be used for quality control of Jiannao Bushen Wan.
