摘要
目的:用两种相似度评价方法进行参芪王浆养血口服液指纹图谱相似度的评价,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)和程度相似度对参芪王浆养血口服液指纹图谱进行相似度评价。结果:两种方法对参芪王浆养血口服液指纹图谱相似度均有有效表征。结论:程度相似度可作为参芪王浆养血口服液的质量控制方法。
Objective . To evaluate the quality of Nourishing Oral Liuid of Royal Jelly, Ginseng and Astragalus Root （NOLRJGA） by two kinds of similarity methods. Methods. The chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system （2004 A） and the extent similarity were used to evaluate the fingerprints of NOLRJGA. Results. The two kinds of similarity methods were useful to evaluate the quality of NOLRJGA. Conclusion. The extent similarity could be an effective method to control the quality of NOLRJGA.
