中药益肾安胎膏治疗先兆流产临床疗效观察

目的:观察益肾安胎膏治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:将120例早期先兆流产患者随机分为三组,治疗组40例采用益肾安胎膏治疗;西药对照组40例采用黄体酮治疗,中药对照组40例采用孕康颗粒治疗,均连续治疗2周。观察治疗前后阴道出血、下腹痛、B超检查等情况,并继续随访妊娠结局。结果:三组患者经治疗后的效果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);继续随访妊娠结局,治疗组继续妊娠率与西药对照组、中药对照组比较均有明显差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:益肾安胎膏治疗早期先兆流产保胎疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。
