摘要
为探究有机栽培对巨峰葡萄叶片生理生化指标的影响,分别对‘巨峰’葡萄开花期、幼果期、转色前期、转色期、成熟期的叶片中叶绿素的含量和抗氧化系统中SOD、POD、CAT几种酶的活性进行了测定。结果发现,有机栽培条件下的葡萄叶片的叶绿素和MDA的含量高于对照,而SOD、POD、CAT几种酶的活性则低于对照组。由此表明,有机栽培对巨峰葡萄叶片的生理生化特性有较大影响。
the effects of organic cultivation for inquiry on physiological and biochemical indexes of Kyoho grape leaves, respectively, of 'Kyoho' grape leaf chlorophyll content and antioxidant system in blossom period, young fruit period, turn color stage, the color turning peri- od, mature period in SOD, POD, CAT enzyme activity was determined. Result discovery, content of grape leaves under organic cultivation of chlorophyll and MDA higher than that of the control, while SOD, POD, CAT enzyme activity, is lower than that of control group. The results indicate that, there is a greater impact on physiological and biochemical characteristics of organic cultivation of Kyoho grape leaves.
