摘要
以山西某钢结构公司为例介绍了镀锌废水处理的工艺流程、主要构筑物的设计参数以及调试运行结果。工程设计处理水量15 m3/d,占地面积50 m2,总投资22.664万元,处理成本为1.28元/t废水。工程运行结果表明:采用药剂中和法处理镀锌废水工程投资少、运行成本低、运行稳定、出水可回用。
This article describes the process flow, the size of the main structures and the result of the treatment technology of Zinc-plating wastewater of a steel structure company in Shanxi. The water quantity of this process is 15 m^3/d, which is over the area of 50 square meters, the total investment is 226, 64 thousands yuan. The cost of the process is 1.28 yuan per ton wastewater. The result showed that neutralizing is a good process to treat Zinc-plating wastewater, low investment, low operation costs, stable treatment efficiency, and the treated wastewater can be reused.
