废旧电池循环利用产业发展现状研究

The Present Situation Investigation of Used Batteries Recycling Industry

通过在“长株潭3＋5城市群”开展实地调研。考察了废旧电池回收产业相关主体的角色困境，研究了废旧电池回收利用产业发展现状，并提出了构建合理的废旧电池回收模式及协同创新科枝平台的对策。认为，涉及我国废旧电池循环利用产业的社区居民、金融机构、企业、高校和政府等相关主体还处于零散状态，并未形成一个系统结构。构建合理的废旧电池回收利用体系，建立“政产研学金”五位一体的合作平台是废旧电池回收利用产业的有效发展道路。

Through the＂Chang-Zhu-Tan 3＋5 City Cluster＂investigation, we discussed the dilemmatic role of community residents, financial institutions, enterprises, universities and research institutions and government in the recycling industry. The recycling industry of used batteries still did not form systematic structure in China. According to the investigation, we proposed the development status of used battery recycling industry and construct a reasonable used batteries recycling model. The collaborative innovation and technology platforms for used batteries recycling industry were also investigated.
