摘要
基于对新型城镇化的解读,挖掘出制约常德发展的因素,如能源结构和能源消费、产业结构和生活方式等;提出了常德生态建设的有效措施,进而加速常德实现生态经济发达、生态环境优美、生态环境宜居、生态文化繁荣的生态型绿色城市的进程。
Based on the analysis of new-type urbanization, the influence factors of development are unearthed, such as energy structure and consumption, industrial structure and life style, etc.. Then some measures are put forward for ecological city construction.
