The Paper took the data of WinHP as the basic information, used mixed programming mode of C/S and B/S,to be constructed special Railway Line of Integrated Management System which was covered railway transportation, freight, rail, chief engineer and other business department.The system was an integrated application Platform based on examination and approval, the project construction, demolition and traffic statistics.
