论城乡收入分配中出现的问题及其对策

改革开放以来,我国的经济领域取得了重大成就,但与此同时,城乡收入差距扩大这一突出矛盾,已经成为党和人民关注的焦点。文章对我国城乡收入差距存在的现状、问题和原因进行了深刻的分析,在此基础上,通过整理归纳,借鉴国外先进的管理经验,并结合我国国情,提出了加快农村发展产业化,提高农村社会保障水平,城市反哺农村,扶持农村的政策,实现城乡人力资源的合理流动,促进城乡收入差距的切实缩小。
