摘要
以4种典型的准东煤为煤样,利用SiO2-CaO-Al2O3三元系统相图分析了准东煤结渣倾向性的变化,并采用灰熔融温度测试仪研究煤灰化学成分和灰熔融性的关系,寻求提高准东煤灰熔融温度的方法.结果表明,根据三元相图的灰熔融性趋势,预测添加适量的氧化物添加剂可以提高煤灰的熔融温度,并通过试验进行验证.发现神华煤分别添加5%的CaO和5%的Al2O3,可以显著地提高煤灰熔融温度;SiO2对准东煤灰熔点的影响具有两面性.研究结果为准东煤的实际工业应用提供了理论依据,考虑到经济性,电厂、工业锅炉可以添加石英砂、高矾土、石灰石的混合物,使其更好地解决准东煤问题.
In order to improve Zhundong coal’s ash melting point,four kinds of typical Zhundong coal were taken as coal samples.By using three-element phase diagram of SiO2 -CaO-Al2 O3 ,the variation of slagging tendency of Zhundong coal was analyzed,and the relationship between chemical composition and ash melting was investigated by using an ash melting point tester.The results show that,based on the ash melting trend in three-element phase diagram,the addition of right amount of oxide additives can improve the ash melting temperature.Experiments show that Shenhua coal with the adddition of 5% of CaO and 5% of Al2 O3 can significantly improve the ash melting temperature.The effect of SiO2 on ash fusion temperature has dual character.The study provides theoretical basis for the practical industrial application of Zhundong coal.Considering from the aspects of economy,power plants and industrial boilers,a mixture of quartzsand,limestone,high alumina can be added to better address Zhundong coal issues.
