腹膜前单层网片无张力疝修补术98例临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of preperitioneal tension-free inguinal hernia repair

目的探讨腹膜前单层网片无张力疝修补术临床疗效。方法回顾性分析98例腹膜前单层网片无张力疝修补术患者临床资料，观察疗效及术后并发症。随访采用电话及门诊复查形式，随访6-24个月。结果全组患者均顺利完成手术，随访率为95．91％，术后并发症发生率为4．08％，术后尿潴留3例，阴囊积液1例，经保守治疗痊愈。随访无复发病例。结论经腹膜前单层网片无张力疝修补术易操作，复发率低，并发症少，是治疗腹股沟疝的一种合理的手术方式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy in treating patients with inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyze clinical data of 98 patients with inguinal hernia, who were treated by tension-free preperitoneal mesh repair. The curative effect and postoperative complications were observed. The patients were followed up for 6 - 24 months by telephone with a follow-up rate of 95.91%. Results All the 98 patients recovered well. The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.08% , including retention of urine in 3 patients, scrotal hydrocele in one patient, who recovered after conservative treatment. There was no recurrence during the follow-up period. Conclusion preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy was a safe and effective method to repair inguinal hernia by using a preperitoneal mesh.
