某部2939名新兵人格特征及影响因素

THE PERSONALITY CHARACTERISITICS AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF 2939 RECRUITS IN AN ARMY

目的了解某部新兵人格特征和心理健康状况,分析相关影响因素,为建立新兵心理健康档案和指导其心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用第四军医大学的DXC-6型群体心理测试仪,对某部2012年冬季2939名新兵进行卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)团体测试,将测评结果与军人常模进行对比,并分析不同社会特征对16PF各因素的影响。结果该部新兵人格因子中,有些因子得分高于或低于中国军人常模,但在整体上各因子得分的均数均在正常范围之内;单因素分析表明,不同文化程度间,不同性别间、不同兵源地间,部分因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对8个次级因子的分析显示,不同性别间、不同文化程度间、不同兵源地(城市或农村)间因子得分差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元方差分析结果显示,性别和文化程度的Wilk’s Lambda统计量分别为0.97(P<0.01)和0.954(P<0.05)。结论该部新兵在整体水平上具有良好的心理素质和心理状态,其主要影响因素是性别和文化程度。

Objective To explore the personality characteristics of recruits, and to analyze the influencing factors, in order to provide the basis for establishing their mental health files and guiding mental health education. Methods The test of 16PF among 2,939 recruits was carried out with electronic test software DXC-6 developed by the fourth Military Medical University. Results There were significant differences in personality characteristics between recruits and the military norm （P〈0.01）. Some of the factor scores in the recruits were higher,or lower than those in the military norm, but in general, all were in normal range. Single regression analysis indicated that the factor scores of some primary factors were significantly influenced by different educational level（ P〈0.01 ）, different gender （P〈0.01）, and different birthplace. As to the eight secondary factors, there were also significant differences（P〈0.01 ） in the scores among recruits of different gender, different educational level, and different birthplace. Multiple regression analysis showed that the personality characteristics were differemt among recruits of different gender [ Wilk＇ s lambda = 0. 971 （P〈0. 01 ） 3 and different educational level [ Wilk＇ s lambda = 0. 954 （ P〈0. 05 ） 1. Conclusion In general, the recruits have good psychological quality and mental health condition;the main influencing factors of personality charcteristics are gender and educational level.
