某舰艇战士身心健康状况及其影响因素

THE MENTAL STATUS OF PSYCHOSOMATIC HEALTH AND INFLUENCING FACTORS IN SOME WARSHIP SOLDIERS

目的了解舰艇战士心理健康状况及其影响因素,为开展有效的心理干预工作提供依据。方法应用心理健康测查表（PHI）、艾森克人格测验问卷（EPQ）、自动思维问卷（ATQ）、简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）及一般情况调查表对某舰艇战士378人进行调查,根据数据类型进行统计分析。结果舰艇战士的PHI各分量表中有些得分低于全国常模（P〈0.05）;心理健康状况不佳（PHI原始总分〉60分）总体发生率为25.9%,其中工作年限〈2年者占25.5%,3-5年者占39.8%,〉5年者占34.7%,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;在舰艇工作3-5年的战士心理健康状况不佳的发生率最高;多元回归分析表明,神经质、自动想法总分、精神质、消极应对分、对自己身体担心5个因素对舰艇战士心理健康影响的贡献率为66.2%。结论部分舰艇战士身心健康状况不佳。影响舰艇战士心理健康的主要因素有：神经质、自动想法、精神质、消极应对问题的方式、对自己身体担心等,应针对上述问题做好心理干预工作。

Objective To explore the status of psychosomatic health and its influencing factors in some warship soldiers, in order to provide the evidence for using effective psychological intervention. Methods Psychological Health Inventory （PHI）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, Automatic Thought Questionnaire （ATQ）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ）, and a general situation questionnaire were used to investigate 378 subjects in a warship. Then the data were statistically analysed with SPPS 16.0 software. Results Some subscale scores in warship soldiers were significantly lower than the national norm（P〈0.05）. Ninety-eight（25.9% ） of the subjects＇ mental health were not good（ total score of PHI〉60） ; among which, subjects of 〈2 year service length accounted for 25.5% ,3 -5 year service length accounted for 39.8% ,and 〉5 year service length accounted for 34.9% （P〈0.05）. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that neuroticism, much automatic thinking in mind,psyehotieism,negative coping style,worry about his own health were the main influencing factors;the contribution rate was 66.2%. Conclusion The psychosomatic health in some warship soldiers is not good, so comprehensive measures should be applied to the warship soldiers to improve their mental health according to the influencing factors.
