摘要
以大豆为原材料,采用超声波法,研究了响应面分析法优化大豆中大豆异黄酮的提取工艺,试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:超声波功率72.17%(总功率160 W),超声温度69.92℃,超声时间41.10 min,液料比26.51∶1。在此条件下,大豆异黄酮的提取率可达到3.941 73 mg/g。
Using soybean as raw material, the extracting technology of soybean isoflavones from soybean by response surface analysis was studied. The result showed that the optimum condition is 70%of the ultrasonic power 72.17% (total power is 160 W), 69.92℃of the ultrasonic temperature, 41.10 min of the ultrasonic time, 26.51 ∶ 1 of the ratio of ethanol and material. Under this condition, the content of soybean isoflavones could reached 3.941 73 mg/g.
