摘要
产业链中的价值的分配反映区域创新能力的差异,价值集聚区更具创新和竞争力。以鲜切花为特色的云南省的花卉产业有着更多的骄傲,但是,基于产业链的价值分配显示出诸多问题,在鲜切花出口、花卉装饰、种球和花文化的系列新产业链中,云南省都不是价值的富集区,即并非最大受益者。与其它省比较,云南省花卉产业的狭隘思维和组织协调能力,反映在区域花卉产业价值集聚的促进作用不足。
The differences in the allocation of the industrial chain of value reflects the regional innovation ability and usually value agglomerated more in area with innovative and competitive ability. Yunnan Province take advantage of floral industry, especially the cut - flower industry. However, it shows many problem in the view of spatial allocation in industrial chain of cut - flower industry, flower decoration, seed ball and a series new industries from floriculture and Yunnan is not value agglomerated area in these chain. That is not the biggest beneficial own- er. Comparing with other provinces, narrow mind and organizational coordination ability were reflected in insufficient role to aggregate the value in flower industry chain and the weakening trend of overall advantages.
