厦门火炬高新区转型发展的路径探讨

近年来我国高新区进入"二次创业"的转型发展新阶段。本文简要分析了影响厦门火炬高新区发展的宏观环境因素,认为厦门火炬高新区实现转型升级对于其可持续发展具有重要意义,并在研究厦门火炬高新区的现状后,从功能转型、空间重构、产业升级、体制创新四个方面探讨其实现转型发展的路径。

Chinese hi - tech development zones have been in a transition period called ＂second - time pioneer＂ for recent years, This paper analyses the macro environmental factors that influence the development of Xiamen Torch Hi - Tech Industrial Development Zone, eonchldes that transition of Xiamen Torch Hi - Tech Zone is significant to its sustainability, and explores the transition path of Xiamen Torch Hi -Tech Zone from the perspectives of function, space, indus- try and management system after studying its current status.
