总承包项目管理是项目开工至竣工交付使用及保修的全过程服务。其管理是系统工程,项目实施涉及面广、相关方多、费用大。通过已实施项目所涉及问题,论述总承包商如何把控项目合同和项目实施的关键要素,促进项目在公平、公正、风险合理分配下开展。
EPC Project management is the process of service that from beginning to completion of the transfer and use of warranty. This management is a systematic engineering work, the implementation of the project covers a wide range, and high cost combined with more related parties. Through the problems that implementation of projects have involved, discusses the general contractor that how to put the key elements of control project contract and the key points of project implementation, to promote the project which carried out in a fair , just and reasonable risk distribution.
