摘要
为了降低钼精矿中钾元素含量,某选矿厂通过室内探索试验,找出了在碱性条件下对钾有一定抑制作用的药剂。通过工艺流程考察,分析了钾在钼浮选过程中的流向,提出了在选矿过程进一步降钾难度较大,不但会增加工艺复杂性,而且会增加选矿成本,建议在钼产业链后续加工过程中降钾。
In order to lower the potassium content in molybdenum concentrate,via laboratory trial,a medicament which can inhibit potassium under alkaline conditions was found. By examining the process,the flow trend of potassium in molybdenum flotation process was analyzed. It shows that it is difficult to further lower potassium content,which will not only increase the technological complexity,but also increase the cost of processing. A subsequent drop of potassium is recommended during the processing of molybdenum.
