摘要
为研究安全文化、安全动机与安全服从行为之间的关系,提高建筑企业的安全绩效水平,从组织安全文化和员工心理动机2个层面,分析影响员工安全服从行为的因素。以408名建筑企业施工工人调查数据为基础,采用结构方程模型(SEM),实证研究安全观念文化、安全制度文化、安全物质文化、内部安全动机、外部安全动机与安全服从行为6个变量之间的结构关系。结果表明:安全观念文化、安全物质文化、外部安全动机、内部安全动机对安全服从行为均有显著正向作用;外部安全动机对内部安全动机有显著正向作用;安全观念文化、安全制度文化、安全物质文化均对外部安全动机有显著正向作用;安全观念文化对内部安全动机有显著负向作用;安全制度文化对内部安全动机的影响不显著;安全物质文化对内部安全动机有显著正向作用。
In order to research relationships between safety culture, safety motivation and safety compli- ance behavior in construction enterprises and improve safety performance of the enterprises, factors influen- cing safety compliance behavior were analyzed from two aspects: organization safety culture and employees psychology motivation. On the basis of the questionnaires filled out by 408 construction workers, relation- ships between safety concept culture, safety system culture, safety material culture, internal safety motiva- tion, external safety motivation and safety compliance behavior were studied by means of SEM. The empir- ical results show that safety concept culture, safety material culture, internal safety motivation, and exter- nal safety motivation have a significantly positive influence on safety compliance behavior, that external safety motivation has an evidently positive influence on internal safety motivation, that safety concept cul- ture, safety system culture, and safety material culture have a significantly positive influence on external safety motivation , that safety concept culture has an evidently negative influence on internal safety motiva- tion, that safety system culture has a nonapparent influence on internal safety motivation, and that safety material culture has an evidently positive influence on internal safety motivation.
