摘要
地区经济的发展离不开物流业的支撑,当前我国多数的物流园区建立时间不长,设施设备落后,发展理念跟不上经济步伐。文中通过金华地区几大物流园区进行重点调查,分析物流园区建设水平与物流服务水平、地区经济发展间的关系。从产业长远发展角度来分析物流产业、物流园区的创新盈利模式,寻求适合该地区的物流产业创新发展模式。
The development of the regional economy cannot do without the support of logistics industry,the current our country most of the logistics park establishment time is not long,facilities behind,can not keep up the pace of economic development concept.Focus on investigation through several logistics park in Jinhua area in this paper,analyzed the relationship between logistics park construction level and the service level of logistics and regional economic development between.To analyze the logistics industry,logistics park innovative profit model from the perspective of industry long-term development,seek for the suitable development mode of logistics industry in the area of innovation.
