基于灰熵-组合权重的综合评价在流通企业供应商选择中的应用研究

Application Research on Selection of Circulation Enterprise Providers Based on Grey Entropy-Combinational Weight

以流通企业为研究对象,讨论了流通企业供应商选择的决策优化问题。首先,为能够提高流通企业供应商选择的可操作性,针对流通企业的特殊性质,结合"6P"理论,建立了流通企业供应商选择的综合评价指标体系。其次,运用熵权-灰色关联分析方法来确定指标的组合权重;在此基础上,对流通企业供应商进行综合评价。最后,通过应用分析,验证该方法对流通企业供应商选择的评价存在一定的可操作性以及评价指标的合理性。结果显示:该方法具有可行性,并且在确定组合权重的过程中,客观权重起到主要作用。

To study the decision-making optimization problem,the circulation enterprise is introduced into the analysis of this paper.Firstly,it established the comprehensive evaluation index system for the selection of circulation enterprise providers based on the special nature of circulation enterprise and ＂6P＂ theory to enhance the practicality of the selection of circulation enterprise providers.Secondly,it used method combines entropy weight and grey correlation analysis to determine the combinational weight.On this basis,it made the comprehensive evaluation for the evaluation of circulation enterprise providers.Finally,the evaluation of index system have been tested by a practical case,which not only verifying the practicality of the circulation enterprise,but also justifying the rationality of the evaluation index.The results show that this method is feasible and the objective weights play a key role.
